Prevention


I researched Taurine. Have you ever heard the word"Taurine"? Fishes(octopus and squid in particular) contain it. Taurine mainly has four effect.

1.Decreasing cholesterol...So it prevents hardening of the arteries.

2.Keeping our blood pressure normal...So it prevents high/low blood pressure.

3.Hard to make gallsstones...So it prevents cholelithiasis.

4.Regaining our eyesight...So it prevents us to wear glasses.

There is Taurine in the flesh of a fish, so we should eat fishes more and more.

Carbonated Drink


I researched the Carbonated Drinks(Fanta in particular)and their bad influence. Fanta is one of them. Do you know the word "the Carbonated Drink"? Japanese say "Tansan Inryou". Fanta was manufactured at a German factory. At that time, the Germans called Fanta "Shubetui" and there are remains of "shubetui" in these days. The name "Fanta" was coined during an employee contest to name the new beverage. A plant manager told them to let their Fantasie (German for"imagination") function. In Japan, it was sold in 1958.

Bad Influence
In these days, many people drink the Carbonated Drinks all over the world.I don't recommend "the Carbonated Drinks" as a healthy drink. Because most of soft drinks containing them includes sugar. Because of eating sugar too much, people have a symptom of increasing the blood sugar level. Researchers call it "PET bottle syndrome". And what is even worse, sugar causes a cavity in a tooth, overweight and dissolving bones. For the reasons stated above, I don't recommend "the Carbonated Drinks". We carelessly drink "the Carbonated Drinks", but don't worry!! Because Coca-Cola Company recently has developed "Fanta Zero Lemon", there is no calorie and no sugar.

Example of Exercise


I researched a few information on swimming, and I get useful information. Swimming is one of typical examples of exercise getting oxygen, it consumes calories and burns fat. I will give a example of swimming's benefit. As I researched swimming, I have ever heard the word"walking in a swimming pool", but I didn't know beans about it. I never dreamed that it's linked to a good enough exercise. Just walk in a swimming pool...

Firstly, we usually live a life, and we hardly feel our own weight. In addition to this, we stand our own weight. But walk or run for hours and we suffer from lower-back pain and wobbling of our knees. But "Walking in a swimming pool"(=Aqua fitness) is different from them. In case of knee-deep, cut of thirty percent of weight, case of back-deep, cut of fifty percent of weight, case of chest-deep, cut of seventy percent of weight, and case of the whole body-deep, cut of one hundred percent of weight, so we disembarrasses ourselves of a burden, and we can consume calories three times as high as we walk on the land.
They say "Walking in a swimming pool" has no injury and no trouble so it is safer for pregnant women, little children, person of advanced age and handicapped person than any other exercise. Secondly, I'll show you details about "Walking in a swimming pool". Lastly, I'll show you benefit about it. Come on, let's go swimming or walk in a swimming pool!!
